And as one of the founding member of the Victorian Alliance, Robert has been vigilant in monitoring the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, the San Francisco Housing Authority, and City Hall in order that citizen concerns over excessive development and insensitive planning be positively reflected in the decisions of these government entities and that the best character of all neighborhoods be preserved. In 1997, the Residential Builders Association presented him with an award for his outstanding contribution and commitment to the construction industry in San Francisco. Also,his involvement and extensive participation in leadership roles with the Greater San Francisco Association of Realtors has given Robert a uniquely gained in-depth perspective of twenty years for the residential and commercial development possibilities with regard to historical buildings and new buildings in San Francisco.
